What a confusing topic! We’re told by the media that one study says we should drink 5 to seven cups of coffee per day for our health and another study that drinking more than 2 cups of coffee per day is bad for our health!

My wife and I are in our mid-fifties, take no prescription medication and weigh the same as we did thirty years ago. We don’t “diet” but practice a “lifestyle” when it comes to nutrition.
